Restorative Yoga is the practice of deep rest, nervous-system nourishment, and supported healing. This gentle, prop-based style invites the body to relax fully—allowing the mind and heart to soften, unwind, and recalibrate.
This 20 hour Level 1 certification teaches you how to skillfully guide restorative practices using props, breath, energetic awareness, and trauma-sensitive teaching techniques. Ideal for yoga teachers, wellness professionals, bodyworkers, and anyone drawn to therapeutic, slow practices.
This training counts toward Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credit (YACEP).
