Restorative Yoga is the practice of deep rest, nervous-system nourishment, and supported healing. This gentle, prop-based style invites the body to relax fully—allowing the mind and heart to soften, unwind, and recalibrate.
This 20–25 hour certification teaches you how to skillfully guide restorative practices using props, breath, energetic awareness, and trauma-sensitive teaching techniques. Ideal for yoga teachers, wellness professionals, bodyworkers, and anyone drawn to therapeutic, slow practices.
This training counts toward Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credit (YACEP).
