My training experience allows me to offer a wide range of yoga classes suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. In your private session, I will guide you through each class and help you achieve your yoga goals. Below are list of class types, but each class can be customized to include aspects of different modalities based on your specific needs.
Experience a full-body workout with Barre! Blend ballet, Pilates, and yoga for strength, flexibility, and toning. Sculpt muscles and improve posture in a dynamic, low-impact session. You will use a chair instead of a Barre and a yoga mat during this class.
The beginner yoga classes are designed to introduce you to the practice of yoga and help you develop a strong foundation. You'll learn basic poses, breathing techniques, easy flow yoga, and relaxation methods to help you find peace and balance in your life.
The Meditation classes are designed to help you develop a regular meditation practice and find inner peace and clarity. You'll learn different meditation techniques and tips for incorporating mindfulness into your daily life.
The Prenatal Yoga classes are designed to help expectant mothers prepare for childbirth, reduce stress and anxiety, and maintain their physical and mental health during pregnancy. You'll learn poses and breathing techniques that are safe and beneficial for you and your baby.
The Restorative Yoga classes are designed to help you slow down, relax, and restore your body and mind. You'll move through a series of gentle, supported poses that will help you release tension and find deep relaxation.
The Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance. You'll move through a series of poses that are synchronized with your breath, creating a flowing, dynamic practice that will leave you feeling energized and invigorated.
Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation. Join us for a yin yoga class and experience the benefits of this restorative practice.
Are you an athlete looking to improve your performance and prevent injury? Our yoga for athletes classes are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall athletic performance.
