Join Christina for Stretch & Sip Sundays at Chicky’s, a monthly morning ritual blending movement, mindfulness, and community. Held on the second Sunday of each month (except July 3rd Sunday), this cozy gathering begins with a 45-minute all-levels yoga class designed to awaken and restore. After class, enjoy a delicious drink of choice from Chicky’s special menu. Space is limited and pre-registration is required, so reserve your spot early. Bring your mat, your love of good coffee, and your intention to start the day grounded and inspired.
