Join Christina for Stretch & Sip Sundays at Chicky’s, a monthly morning ritual blending movement, mindfulness, and community. Held on the second Sunday of each month, this cozy gathering begins with a 45-minute all-levels yoga class designed to awaken and restore. After class, enjoy a delicious drink of choice from Chicky’s special menu. Space is limited and pre-registration is required, so reserve your spot early. Bring your mat, your love of good coffee, and your intention to start the day grounded and inspired.

Join me for a special workshop designed to help you move, breathe, and reconnect with your energy. In this guided experience, we’ll explore the seven main chakras through gentle yoga poses, breathwork, and mindful awareness. Each chakra is associated with different physical and emotional aspects of the body, and we’ll work through them one by one to help bring balance and clarity to the whole system. As we move through the practice, you’ll work with a different crystal for each chakra. At the end of the workshop, we’ll use those stones to create a personal crystal grid that you can take home as a reminder of your intention and the energy you cultivated during class. We’ll close with a short journaling reflection and you’ll receive a simple chakra guide handout to support your continued practice. This workshop is welcoming to all levels — whether you are new to yoga or already have a regular practice.
