I am a Level 3 Reiki Healer, Certified Yoga Instructor (with over 800 hours of training and 10 years of teaching), and artist in Placitas, NM. I help people heal their bodies, get stronger, learn how to meditate, and find balance through yoga, Reiki, and creative expression. CPR Certified.
Classes taught: Vinyasa, Power, Hatha, Hot (26 postures), Restorative, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Barre, Chair, Prenatal, Meditation, Children's Yoga, Private Sessions, Corporate Yoga Classes.
